Personal financial and life administration

Your financial and administrative life, handled.

xiii keeps rent, bills, car, pet, licences and renewals in order. It asks before anything unfamiliar, and shows you the verified result.

How it works

Proposed NSW household pilot · Australia first · not yet a live service

Today

Today, you are the system.

Your obligations live in inboxes, banking apps, notices, spreadsheets, calendars, advisers and memory. You find each task, work out what it depends on, dig out the records, fund it, do it — and remember to check it actually happened.

One system

One capable system. One relationship. One shared information model.

People, money, assets, records and obligations stay connected. When the car changes hands or the lease changes, xiii already knows what else that touches. Conversation is a way in — not a substitute for the system.

What it does

Six jobs. One standing instruction: keep this in order.

Know

What is due, what it will cost, and what xiii still does not know.

Prepare

Paperwork, money plan and next steps ready without you organising every detail.

Complete

Routine work carried out under your instructions, with the result shown.

Coordinate

When something changes, which related responsibilities need attention.

Recover

When a provider, payment or document fails, the issue stays visible until resolved.

Continue

An authorised person can pick up the administration if you cannot — without unrestricted access today.

Authority

You hold the authority. Three modes, separate permissions.

Default write authority is zero. Try the dial.

Watch · read, organise, notify

xiii reads what you have connected, organises it and tells you what is due. It cannot send, commit or pay anything.

Verified outcomes

Done means verified — never “everything is handled.”

An attempt, an acknowledgement or a reminder is not completion. A status summary keeps the four states apart:

  • Three payments settled and reconciledVerified
  • Vehicle renewal pack ready — inspection still to bookPrepared
  • Two items need your approval — new payee on the electricity billApprove
  • One institution requires you to sign in yourselfHand-off

What it will never do

Boundaries are the product.

  • Bypass a login, or copy your credentials into a browser.
  • Fabricate a signature, or accept legal terms silently.
  • Impersonate you, or infer authority from household membership.
  • Present unverified information as a settled obligation.
  • Move money without a verified recipient and a fresh, bound approval.
  • Promise an “undo” for a settled payment, a signed contract or a delivered notice.

Not a bank. Not an investment manager, lawyer or financial adviser. Does not custody your money.

Proposed pilot

Five places to look. One instruction to give.

NowUpcomingPeople & thingsRecordsAuthority

A proposed NSW household pilot: renters and owners, single and shared households, a few documents to start — no bank connection required to see value. If that is you, tell us.

For partners and investors

One product, progressively enabled.

Release stages describe delivery maturity, not product brands. Money execution needs a contracted, legally reviewed payment route that has passed production validation — a payment link or a simulated receipt does not count.

R0

Foundation and shadow operation. No real external writes.

R1

Controlled household beta. Per-action approved execution.

R2

Bounded routine handling under standing mandates.

R3

Complex financial administration with professional routes.

R4

Further jurisdictions, each separately approved.
